What is niubid?

niubid is a public leaderboard. You pay to place an entry—a product website or X @handle—on the board, and rank is determined entirely by bid amount. There are no accounts, subscriptions, or advertising contracts. Submitting a bid means you agree to these terms and the listing rules on this site.

Bids and ranking

• A bid is a one-time payment. Once payment is complete, your entry receives the position that total amount earns at that time.
• A position is not permanent. Anyone may bid more at any time, moving your entry down accordingly. Paying for a position does not reserve it, guarantee its duration, or create a refund right when another bid surpasses it.
• When raising your own existing entry, you pay only the difference between the new and previous total amount.
• We make no promise about traffic, clicks, exposure, or any commercial outcome from a listing.

Payments and rank

• Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not access or store your card information.
• Every completed bid is final and non-refundable, including when an entry is surpassed, you change your mind, or an entry is removed for violating these terms or the listing rules.
• Any rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

Listings

• You may submit only content that you have the right to promote.
• Entries must follow the listing rules: chat or invitation links, adult content, short links, and affiliate or tracking links are not accepted; query parameters are removed automatically.
• Displayed entry information, including name, icon, and description, comes from your submission and public metadata at the target website.
• An entry on the board is a paid display position. It is not our evaluation, quality ranking, or endorsement.

Review and removal

We may remove or modify entries we reasonably consider unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or in violation of these terms or the listing rules, and may refuse future submissions from repeat violators. Removed entries are not refunded.

Limitation of liability

The leaderboard is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost exposure, or indirect losses arising from its use; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant bid.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top is the most recent revision date; continued use of the leaderboard after a change means acceptance.
